Casa Amarela 2 is situated in a largely residential area on a hillside above the town of Almancil (2 km) and just 10 min drive from the superb beaches and golf courses of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Ideal for anyone looking for a spacious, superior villa in a very convenient location, this house is very tastefully and stylishly furnished. The unusual shaped private swimming pool and sun terraces are situated below the house and can be reached from the downstairs bedrooms, or via the garden to the side. There are superb views of the sea from here, as well as from the upstairs balcony and dining terrace which leads off from the lounge. Two storeys. Front door at upper level, which leads into a hallway, and then into an air conditioned lounge with fireplace and satellite TV. Patio doors lead onto a long furnished balcony with panoramic sea views. There is a separate dining room, cloak room and fitted kitchen with dishwasher on this level. Downstairs are a twin bedroom with air conditioning, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, plus a further shower/WC and utility room with washing machine. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading to the pool area. Air conditioning/heating included in the price at no extra cost. Must be pre-booked with Hoseasons. Cleaning provided three times a week, linen changed weekly. Thursday changeover (Saturday changeovers possible in other months, please phone to request this). .
