Just 2km from the pretty village of Santa Barbara de Nexe, this beautiful modern villa enjoys an elevated position in the countryside with wonderful views over the wooded hills and down to the coast. Faro and the beaches of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are all within 20-25 min drive. Reached by a steep drive with plenty of parking by the front door, it is set in extensive lawned gardens filled with flowering shrubs, with private swimming pool (9m x 4m, depth 1m to 2m, with steps), shaded dining terrace and BBQ. Casa da Monte is ideal for families looking for space, comfort and relaxation, as well as easy access to the small shops and restaurants of the nearby villages. Inside, the villa is most attractively furnished in a bright modern style, and has air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms. Two storeys. Long cobbled driveway leads up to front door and then into a hallway. Lounge/dining room with air-conditioning, basic satellite TV, DVD, CD player and patio doors opening onto the garden. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Two air conditioned twin bedrooms with ensuite shower/WC. Upstairs is a double with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and a balcony (with low walls – take care with children). Safe and alarm. Cleaning provided three times a week, linen changed weekly. Air conditioning included in price at no extra charge but must be pre-booked with Hoseasons. Thursday changeover (other arrival days possible in other months, please phone to request this).
