Laval’s Old Bridge, Grande Rue, castle, towers and ramparts date from the C11th/C16th and can still be enjoyed today, as can the lovely Perrine gardens overlooking the river. International airports Tours 119 km/Nantes 154 km. This lovely stone pavilion is set in the extensive wooded grounds of the breathtaking Ch teau la Motte Henry. Just 10m from the pavilion is the orangerie, of which our clients have priority use, and which has indoor BBQ and table tennis. Access from here to the fenced lake – boat and fishing rods can be provided. Adjacent to orangerie is the beautiful walled pool garden, accessed by lockable gate or door. Main pool 10 x 4 x 1.0-2.0m depth, additional children’s pool 2 x 4 x 0.4m depth, and ornamental fountains, set in magnificent formal and totally enclosed gardens which are all for clients use. Pool shared occasionally with owner. Pool can be heated on request at the extra cost of €75 per day. Central heating is also available at the cost of €75 per week. These costs are payable locally.
