With a nose of currants, smoke, cherries toast and minerals it has an almost opaque purple colour which suggest it will keep for a number of years. On the palate it combines power and elegance with layers of black fruit, spice and great length. Majestic only got an allocation of 24 btls of this wine, rare indeed.
